The birth of a committed local destination management company

The creation of TERRES Métisses, a local receptive agency in Réunion, with a clear ambition: to offer an authentic, immersive and multicultural discovery of the island.

From the outset, the agency has relied on an expert local team and a solid network of partners aligned with the expectations of tour operators and travel agencies.

2018

Qualité Tourisme Île de La Réunion certification

We were awarded the Qualité Tourisme Île de La Réunion label, an official recognition of our standards in terms of service, quality and reliability.

This distinction reinforces our positioning as a DMC in Réunion, guaranteeing carefully selected services and a customer experience managed from end to end.

2021

Strengthening our welcome at Roland Garros airport

With a focus on operational excellence, we opened a welcome desk at Roland Garros Airport.

Smooth transfers, personalised welcome, optimised coordination: the quality of the experience begins before you even leave the terminal.

2023

Structuring, growth and new DMC services

The agency experienced significant growth and strengthened its organisation, with a team expanded to 17 employees. The creation of a dedicated production department made it possible to structure and enrich our range of tailor-made trips.

At the same time, the launch of a concierge service dedicated to clients in hotels rounded out our offering, ensuring personalised support throughout the stay and a distinctive quality of experience.

2024

CSR commitment

In 2025, TERRES Métisses further integrated CSR into its strategy, with the goal of obtaining a label (by 2027). This approach strengthens our commitment to more ethical, responsible and sustainable tourism, in line with the sector’s current challenges.

Through this direction, TERRES Métisses asserts its role as a committed DMC in Réunion, able to support tourism professionals in designing responsible programmes, rooted in the local area and full of meaning.
